Thanks to the By-Pass damper in the unit structure, hot and oily air passing through the hood is cleaned and exhausted in the unit without mixing with fresh air and passing through the plate heat exchanger in the summer season. The fresh air to be sent to the kitchen area is cooled by passing through the DX battery and sent to the kitchen area.
